| An application to attend the summer school can be undertaken
online. The fee for the summer school is:
This includes administrative costs, tea/coffee and
lunches every working day, and one evening drinks reception (Monday) and
one evening dinner (Thursday). The
application deadline is Friday 29th May 2009, and the fee payment
deadline is 15th June 2009. If your fee payment is not received by
this date, then your registration will be cancelled. Notes
- If you are a doctoral student in Denmark, then
there are four (4) places for which the fee is waived (but food is not
included). You will still need
to pay for your own travel, accommodation and food. Please indicate on
the registration form if you would like to be considered for one of
these places.
- If you are a doctoral student
member of the PlaceME network in the Nordic countries, then you can
apply for a scholarship to attend the summer school. Please indicate
this on your registration form. You will need to provide further
information about your doctoral project.
- There is one (1) free (fee waiver) scholarship place for a student from
the Global South, namely from a poorer country from which the candidate
would not otherwise be able to take part. The scholarship is to cover
the registration fee only. It does not include
transportation or accommodation costs. Please indicate on the form if
you would like to be considered for a place. You will need to provide
further information. A decision will be made by the DeXusChange
collective before the registration deadline.
