Please register by filling out the online registration form, or, if this is not possible, by sending your completed registration form to the secretariat. The deadline for registration is 1st September 2006.
Participation Fee
The fee is 1800 Danish kroner (DKK), which includes participation, programme, abstracts, administrative costs, information via e-mail and web, coffee/tea, cake/Danish pastry, fruit, soda water, lunches and reception but not conference dinner.
1 EURO = approx. 7.46 Danish kroner.

- After registering with the online form, you will be sent an invoice with which you can pay the fee using your local banking system. Please note that your registration will only be officially confirmed when your fee has been paid and received by Aalborg University.
- The deadline for payment of the fee is 1st October 2006.
- Fees must be paid without charges for the beneficiary.
A DKK 500 processing fee will be charged for paid registrations cancelled prior to 15th October 2006. There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 10th November 2006. To cancel your registration please contact the secretariat.
Lunches
The lunches will be organized as buffets. There will be a variety of dishes to choose from.
Reception
A reception with drinks and snacks will be organised for Tuesday evening.
Conference dinner
A special buffet dinner has been arranged - price DKK 500. Please notice that the conference dinner is not included in the above-mentioned fee.
