DeXus 1.0 Registration

Please register for DeXus 2.0 by filling out the online registration form, or, if this is not possible, by sending your completed registration form to the DeXus secretariat. The deadline for registration is 15th June 2004.

PARTICIPATION Fee

The fee is 3000 Danish kroner (DKK), which includes participation, programme, abstracts, administrative costs, information via e-mail and web, coffee/tea, cake/Danish pastry, fruit, soda water, lunches for five days, a drinks reception on Monday evening and an evening dinner on Thursday.

1 EURO = approx. 7.44 Danish kroner.

Payment

	After registering with the online form, you will immediately be sent an invoice with which you can pay the fee using your local banking system. Please note that your registration will only be officially confirmed when your fee has been paid and received by Aalborg University.
	The deadline for payment of the fee is 15th July 2004.
	Fees must be paid without charges for the beneficiary.

Cancellation

A DKK 300 processing fee will be charged for paid registrations cancelled prior to July 31, 2004. There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after August 1, 2004. To cancel your registration please contact the DeXus secretariat.

Lunches

The lunches will be organized as buffets. There will be a variety of dishes to choose from (remember to indicate your dietary requirements on the registration form).

RECEPTION

A reception with drinks and snacks will be organised for Monday evening.

DEXus dinner

A special buffet dinner has been arranged for Thursday evening.
