We have the pleasure of inviting the following
plenary speakers, who will give the following
keynote
lectures:
The conference will start on Wednesday afternoon (17th) at 12:45 and
finish on Friday (19th) at 13:00. Please note that there will be one or
more
doctoral workshops in the afternoon on
Friday from 13:00-16:00 - please register for that separately.
There will be a meeting to discuss future plans,
eg. for a Nordic Association, for a Nordic-based international journal,
and for the next Nordic conference, on Wednesday afternoon from 16:15.
All are welcome to participate.
The reception will take place on Wednesday evening at the Utzon Centre
from 19:00-20:30, including an opening welcome by the Vice-Mayor of
Aalborg, Helle Frederiksen, plus a talk by Dr Adrian Carter about the
Utzon Centre and the famous Danish architect Jørn Utzon that it
celebrates. Aalborg Municipality is kindly sponsoring the reception.
The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening from
19:00-22:00 at Azzurra in the new Nordkraft arts centre.
Presentations in the parallel sessions will last
30 minutes each, which includes 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
